“ Drove by this place, and curiosity made us stop. I'm glad we did. To our surprise. It made our night. The food was great. I had the shrimp tacos they were very fresh, and the shrimp was perfectly cooked. Nicholas, our server, was very attentive and quick, which made the experience even better. AJ, the entertainment, was the cherry on top. He was a one man band. He had a soulful voice, which was the perfect vibe for Key West. Great night. I could have stayed longer, but we had a sunset to catch. ”

“ First time trying Mac's place and I have to say it's a great restaurant! The food is really good, the servers are very friendly (Thank you Bethany), and the atmosphere is wonderful. We were here during happy hour , we ordered the Sliders, the Gringo taco, kids tenders w/fries , kids Mac n Cheese The Sliders were Huge and very tasty! The tacos were really good , and kids loved their tenders and Mac. Prices are very reasonable for the quantity and quality of food Live entertainment too! I highly recommend you try Mac's place ”
“ Great little place on the water. They have a free small boat dock to dock and eat. Their tuna poke bowl is excellent, and we sampled their happy hour 5 tacos and 5 draft beers. Great little hidden Jim. Been to Key West more times than I care to count and just discovered this place. Only found it because they have a dock we could take the tender to. ”
“ I had such a fun experience having a bite and drink from this establishment. They had both indoor and outdoor seating and I chose to sit outdoors near the dock, for the great view of the birds and boats. I visited during happy hours - 3pm - 6pm and had a shrimp ceviche with chips and a beer. The experience was super worth it for the money I paid. But, oh man, the live music was incredible. The vibes were so good, and the staff were super friendly. Definitely a must visit if you are in the area for a bite especially during happy hour. ”
“ I went here on my trip to the keys w my family. I ordered the jalapeno poppers and chips n guacamole. I LOVED the two, but the guacamole could use more lime and salt in my opinion. “ We live half the year here in Key West, and have been to a lot of bars/restaurants. Mac’s Place is definitely worth the stop. We were here for Happy Hour, got the Mac Daddy Queso, Mini Mac’s sliders, and wings. Everything tasted great. The wings were my favorite. The bartender and servers were all friendly. You can tell when people enjoy where they work. They all were very happy and friendly with other staff and patrons. There’s indoor and outdoor seating. It’s on a marina, so the outdoor seating has great views. Also incredibly clean throughout, and bonus, clean bathrooms!!! This is in a great location away from the Old Town crowds, but a quick bike ride from Old Town, so check it out! ”
